Lasting Leaders and Big Blue's gauntlet

John Bogle, founder and former CEO of The Vanguard Group, spoke about leadership at Wharton in June 2000. As an avid group of executives listened to the man who popularized the principle of indexing - and in the process built the Vanguard Group into a firm managing more than $550 billion in assets - Bogle ended his speech quoting James Norris.

Its a learning ground for me!
This is going to be a bit formal blog,unlike my previous blogs.Though formality here doesnt mean obscureness and a little bit digression will always be there for relaxation :)
Somebody would say why another blog? No i'm not a blogmaniac, but this is a new chapter in my life (btw, i'm doing my mba) and it demands a separate space altogether.Moreover this will cover my b-school life as well as my tryst with management education.
The only disturbing factor is that the academic rigour at my b-school and plethora of other extra-curricular activities that i'm involved into will take away most of my time, but inspite of that I will try to post in some useful stuff pretty consistently.
